This Week in Tennis

Join the This Week and Tennis team as hosts Craig Doyle and Phil Naessens discuss the remaining days of the French Open as well as a deep dive into the Grass Court season beginning this coming Monday!

Hosts Craig Doyle and Phil Naessens are back for another week of great tennis talk.

Craig and Phil have a 226-99 record from the start of this season’s Australian Open and the guys are excited about having even greater success as the WTA and ATP tours begin expanding their schedules.

Craig and Phil went 78-32 with eleven underdogs during this seasons French Open and had you wagered $100 bucks on every pick you would have walked away with roughly $4500 dollars for your troubles

This season’s French Open was a very profitable one for the This Week in Tennis team and they share their best memories of the event including CoCo Gauff busting a racket, Tennis Channel announcers, Hawkeye on clay and much more.

Russian player Yana Sizikova was recently arrested for allegedly fixing a women’s doubles match at last year’s French Open. While this is an aberration for the big tour these things do happen more often at the lower levels of pro tennis. The guys share why these things happen and possibly how to prevent match fixing.

The fellas weigh in and make a prediction for the French Open Women’s Final between Barbora Krejcikova and Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova!

The Grass Court season is here and the guys preview the main WTA and ATP Tour events this coming week at Birmingham, Bett1 Open as well as the Cinch Open and Halle Germany!
